Jira project access for Atlassian add-ons

The project role "atlassian-addons-project-access" is used by the application installed on your Jira Cloud instance to access the project. Whenever a new application is installed, Jira adds application permissions to the project, and these entries are recorded with JIRA as the agent performing the project role change.
