Problem

After setting up the application link, in Project Overview > Source Tab

the commits with and without issue key can't be seen.

Cause

The repository path need to be set.

Resolution

After creating the application link successfully

• Browse to your targeted project, Administration > Scroll down to Settings
  • 
• Select Path(Can be empty) and the Repository and submit. You will have:
  • 
• Now you are able to have all the commits in Source tab at Project overview
