Symptoms

JIRA does not connect to Fisheye server.

 

Diagnosis

Verify the URL for Fisheye server is correct in JIRA's Fisheye configuration.

Cause

The Fisheye URL, configured within JIRA is wrong. 

Resolution

Update the Fisheye URL in JIRA

  1. Remove the Fisheye application link
  2. Add a new application link for Fisheye
