Customer notification doesn't match the configured content

Learn why the the text in customer notification emails doesn't match the content configured in your project's customer notification settings.
Update your project's language support
This happens when the affected user's preferred language doesn't match your project's default language. You have enabled language support for their preferred language but the project's translations are not updated.
To solve the issue, go to Project settings > Language Support. From there, you need to either:
- Update your project's translations.
- Remove supported languages completely so all customers access the portal and receive notifications in the project's default language.
