Use Case

To provide the ability to toggle on and off the ability to create service projects globally.

Resolution

  • Browse to Administration -> Add-Ons -> Manage Add-Ons;
  • Click in Show System Plugins;
  • Use the search box filtering forJira Service Management

  • Click on "xx of 190 modules enabled" link;
  • Now, look for "servicedesk-admin-create-link". Click on the disable button.

  • To create a new service project just enable the module, and disable it again after creation.

(info) No need to restart Jira.
