Problem

When a user is subscribed to get the results of a filter, the user is unable to unsubscribe the filter.

Resolution

Log in as the user and then unsubscribe yourself from the filter

  1. Go to the Manage Filters page. From the top navigation panel: Issues > Manage Filters
  2. Click on the affected Subscription under the Subscriptions column.

  3. Click Delete button:
