Cause

• JRA-22386 - Getting issue details... STATUS

• GHS-2463 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Resolution

Set the Java language to English:

-Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US -Dfile.encoding=UTF8

clear your plugin cache directories:

$JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi_plugins

$JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins

And restart JIRA
