Jira Boards are showing as blank/empty pages

Problem
Accessing any Jira Agile or Kanban board leads to a blank page:
Environment
Jira Software Server / Data Center on any version from 7.0.0.
Diagnosis
Open the Console tab of the Browser Development tool, reload board, and check if any of the following errors are found:

- Go to the page ⚙ > Manage Apps > Manage Apps
- Search for the add-on Jira Help Tips plugin, filter using the All apps option
- Check if the add-on is disabled as shown in the screenshot below
- If this add-on is disabled, then this KB article is relevant and you can move on to the Resolution section
Cause
The add-on Jira Help Tips plugin is integral part of the Jira system. It cannot be uninstalled or disabled and doing so will have serious effects, as it could make Jira inoperable.
Resolution
- Go to the page ⚙ > Manage Apps > Manage Apps
- Search for the add-on Jira Help Tips plugin, filter using the All apps option
- Enable this add-on
