Known issue with JEditor and Assets 8.3.2
This article refers to the Jira and Assets versions that reached the end of support. We can't guarantee the solution here will work on newer versions.

You might experience a clash caused by JEditor with Assets 8.3.2 that's different from the one reported here.
This concerns creating the object dialogue hanging while showing the loading icon spinning forever when a text area attribute type is set.
To solve this issue uninstall and re-install Insight. This won't affect your Assets or data in Jira.
