Summary


This guide's purpose is to demonstrate:

  • Jira and Confluence's authentication flow diagram for Mobile apps
  • How users authenticate on the mobile app?



Environment

Jira 8.3 or later

Confluence 6.8 or later

  • Non-MDM: New Server-Info flow diagram:


  • MDM: New Server-Info flow diagram with skipinfo=false:
    MDM App Config may contain the variable “skipInfo“. If “skipInfo=true“ and the Mobile Plugin are disabled then the app will not validate it and the user continues working on the WebView.
