Planning Board Does Not Show All Issues
Symptoms
You see X issues on your Planning Board but X+Y issues in your Issue Navigator.
Diagnosis
In order to see exactly which filter your Planning Board is showing you, click on the gear on your version and select Issue Navigator:
Cause
There is some filter applied to your Planning Board.
Resolution
Click on your your Project Menu and select Manage to check how your context is configured:
Select Filter on the left and check if any filters are applied.
- Click on None if you want to remove those filters.

Tested in JIRA 5.0.5 with JIRA Agile 5.10.6
