Summary

When working with Jira Cloud, unsaved changes to the description field are stored in the system. If necessary, these changes can be removed from the local session. Follow these steps if you are looking to clear the unsaved data.

• Unsaved data in the Jira Cloud description is available across all the browsers and tabs in that session. The unsaved data can be found in the following location in your browser session:

• The data is available in Application → Local Storage
• Right click on the sitename and select clear to remove the local storage
