Problem

All the texts in JIRA UI appears to be in Bold. 

Diagnosis

An announcement banner exists. 

 

Cause

Misconfiguration in the announcement banner

jira.alertheader : <b> ANNOUNCEMENT <b><br>  ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Resolution

Modify the Announcement banner 

<b> ANNOUNCEMENT </b> <br>  ANNOUNCEMENT
