Transition names don't appear when transitioning issues statuses

Problem
Transition names may or may not display on the issue view status dropdown, depending on the available transitions of the current status.
Causes
In case the only available transitions are Global transitions (“all” transitions - image below), then the name of the transitions won’t be displayed.

Resolution
To display transition names it’s required to have at least one available non-global transition for the status.
