Unable to subscribe to Slack channel after workspace migration

Summary
Migrating Slack channels that are connected to Jira via the Jira Cloud for Slack (Official) application between Slack workspaces does not allow for a new integration to be configured due to the following bug:
Diagnosis
Example scenario: a Slack channel called #internal-support on Workspace A has an existing connection to a Jira project called TEST. The connection is removed from Jira as the channel is being migrated to Workspace B, however post migration if the channel is reconnected it links to Workspace A instead of Workspace B and the connection is broken.
Cause
Due to the way the Slack channel id is stored in Jira, the connection links back to the original workspace.
Solution
Customers can either create a brand new channel on the new workspace or can contact Atlassian Support to remove the links to the previous workspace. When contacting support please provide the ids for the impacted connections. This can be done by right clicking on the channel within Slack, select Copy > Copy link.
