Summary

Duplicate epics on the issue card under the board.

Environment

Jira cloud

Cause

You will see the duplicate epics in the issue card when the epic field is enabled under the View settings option and you have the parent field added under the card layout under the board settings.

Solution

Please disable the epic from the View settings option  on the board. Refer to the below recording.
