In Jira Cloud Advanced Roadmap Plan we offer flexibility to group by the issue based on custom fields. You can group by issue based on the custom fields below : 

• single-select

• multi-select

• user picker

• label

Solution

You may need to add the custom field from plan settings > Custom fields then the Custom field name would populate in the "Group by" drop down under the View settings section. 

You should click on create group post select the field, give the name of the group and select the desired value.
