Summary

After upgrading JIRA from version v 8.x.x to v 9.x.x, it has been observed that the "People and Skills" tab is no longer visible on the "Manage Shared Teams" page of Advanced Roadmaps Plans.

Environment

v 8.x.x to v 9.x.x

Cause

The "People and Skills" tab has been removed due to significant changes in Advanced Roadmaps with the upgrade. This change was necessitated by JIRA's deprecation of the Live Plans feature, which included both the "Stages and Skills" and "People" tabs as part of its functionality.

Solution

In place of the "People" tab, JIRA has introduced "Team members". While the "People" tab was previously used to define individual availability such as holidays, the "Individual availability settings" and "Individual capacity," features were also deprecated with the sunset of Live plans. It's important to understand these changes when navigating the new version of JIRA.

Users should familiarize themselves with the new features and structures introduced with the upgrade to v9.x.x. Detailed information can be found in the official Atlassian Community article:
