Unable to rerank issues in a particular Advanced Roadmaps Plan view

Summary
Sometimes users may not be able to drag and drop issues/rerank the issues in a particular Advanced Roadmaps Plan view.
Environment
Jira Software on Data Center.
Caused by
This issue is due to the "Sort by" option configured in the Plan View. If the "Sort by" option is not set to "Rank," it could lead to this problem.
Drag-and-drop functionality is available exclusively when sorting by rank. When sorting is based on any other field, Advanced Roadmaps does not consider the rank, and therefore the drag-and-drop feature is not operational.
Solution
Kindly request the affected user to go to Plan > View Settings > Sort By and ensure that the Rank option is selected.
