Atlassian Support End of Life Policy
Atlassian supports feature versions for two years after the first major iteration of that version was released (for example, we support Jira Software 9.14.x for 2 years after Jira 9.14.0 was released).
For versions that are supported, customers can raise issues via https://support.atlassian.com. If a bug is discovered, it will be prioritized based on our Bug Fixing Policy and may require you to upgrade to the version which includes the fix. For critical security bugs, please see our Security Bugfix Policy on which versions we will backport critical security fixes.
- Versions earlier than those listed below have reached End of Life (EOL).
- Atlassian does not provide support for instances on versions that have reached End of Life. The only exception is for assistance related to upgrading from your EOL version to a supported version.

Jira Align (self-hosted)
The self-hosted version of Jira Align follows a different end-of-life policy than the rest of Data Center products. We only support the current self-hosted version of Jira Align and the prior release. To find out which versions are currently supported, check out the Jira Align release calendar.

Advanced Roadmaps for Jira (formerly Portfolio for Jira)
The standalone version of Advanced Roadmaps for Jira (formerly Portfolio for Jira) is now end of life and no longer supported. This includes all versions available from the marketplace (version 3.29 and earlier).
Starting with Jira Software version 8.15, Advanced Roadmaps for Jira is now packaged with Jira Software. When Jira is updated, Advanced Roadmaps will also be updated.

Assets Data Center (formerly Insight Asset Management)
The standalone version of Assets Data Center (formerly Insight Asset Management) is now end of life and no longer supported. This includes all versions available from the marketplace (version 8.11.1 and earlier).
Starting with Jira Service Management Data Center version 4.15, Assets is now packaged with Jira Service Management. When Jira Service Management Data Center is updated, Assets will also be updated.
