Jira Service Management Support

When integrating Jira Service Management with Opsgenie, you’ll need to provide the Opsgenie API URL and key.

Opsgenie API URL

Opsgenie can have two different API URLs, and the one you need depends on where your Opgenie instance is located.

To generate an Opsgenie API key:

In Opsgenie, go to Settings > API key management.
Select Add new API key.
Enter a name for the API key and select the following access rights for this API key:
- Create and Update Access
- Read Access
- Delete Access
- Configuration Access
