Stash fail to connect to MySQL database. The following appears
on the UI:

When creating the Stash external database, incorrect character set and collation were used.
To fix the error message, please make sure you configured the correct character set (UTF-8) required by Stash at the database creation time. There are instructions on how you should perform that within each of the documents below:
# Make sure your MySQL database is configured as the document above -> utf8 character set encoding and utf8_bin collation show variables like "character_set_database"; show variables like "collation_database";
