Solution
Check and Update Project Permissions:
- For company-managed projects:
- Ensure you have Create Issue and Browse Project permissions for the destination project.
- For team-managed projects:
- Verify that you have Admin access to the destination project.
- For company-managed projects:
Ensure Global Bulk Change Permission:
- Confirm with your Jira administrator that you have the global Bulk change permission enabled.
Verify Project Accessibility:
- Confirm that the destination project is visible in the list of all projects to ensure you have the necessary permissions to access it.
