Problem

Using Visual Studio's Devenv.exe executable, the Artifacts are not built, even though the job completes successfully.

With the \Log <file> Option in the job, the following appears in the log output by \Log <file>

Unexpected system error mode before loading package [Package Name]

Cause

This issue is caused by the Bamboo user's temporary directory filling up

Resolution

Remove the contents of the Bamboo user's temp directory
