Summary

Build Plans will show all their build and system errors under the Error log section in the Plan Summary page. E.g.,

Unable to detect changes
This error may have occurred due to an authentication issue with Bitbucket Server. Save the repository configuration to refresh the authentication details or manually add the access key visible in "Advanced" section to Bitbucket Server.

If you are an administrator (or a restricted one), these errors can be cleared from a given plan by clicking the Clear all errors from log button.

However, if there are tons of plans in your Bamboo instance, you might want to bulk clear all of them from all build plans' summary pages. That can be achieved through the steps below.

Solution

Permissions required

You need to be an administrator or at least a restricted administrator in order to be able to follow the steps below.

  1. Click the "cog" icon  > Overview
  2. System errors under the System section
  3. The System errors page will show you all error logs from all build plans
  4. Click the Clear all error logs button to cleanup all build plans

That's it!

Please note that, if the source of the error is still present in your environment, Bamboo will notify you again upon checking the system for errors and detecting something defective.
