After upgrading to a newer version of Confluence, plugins no longer function correctly or are throwing errors.

In most cases, this is caused by an incompatibility between the new version of Confluence and your plugins.

Check the Universal Plugin Manager for new versions of installed plugins. If a plugin does not appear, check After Upgrading Confluence New Plugins Are Not Displayed in the Plugin Manager.

If updating the plugin does not resolve the problem, contact the plugin developer for further assistance. See the Plugin Exchange for contact information.

For Atlassian Supported plugins, please create a support request.
For third party plugins, please contact the plugin developer's directly.
