Cluster panics (Non Clustered Confluence 2.10.4, 3.0.1 and 3.0.2)
Symptoms
There are multiple causes for this issue. Start with the parent article Confluence will not start due to fatal error in Confluence cluster.
Cluster Panic error messages occur during normal operations, at some time post-startup. This only applies to Confluence version 2.10.4, 3.0.1 or 3.0.2.
Cause
In versions 2.10.4, 3.0.1 and 3.0.2, the cluster safety mechanism is not synchronized.
Resolution
Please Upgrade Confluence to version 3.1+. If you don't want to upgrade yet, there is a patch attached to CONF-17136 that you can apply to your installation.
