Symptoms

The following appears in Confluence page:

The following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log:

WARN [main] [atlassian.plugin.manager.DefaultPluginManager] addPlugins System plugin is disabled: confluence.xhtml.wikimarkup

Cause

Wiki Markup Plugin is disabled as can be seen from the UPM and unable to be enabled.
