Integrate Atlassian cloud and Data Center/Server
You can integrate Atlassian cloud and self-managed (Data Center and Server) products by using cloud connectors, application links, or several in-product integrations. Integrating Atlassian cloud and self-managed products is common if you’re migrating your products to cloud one by one, and need to have them connected while doing it, or simply choose to host some products locally for longer.
Overview of Atlassian integrations
Cloud connectors work with Jira 11.3 and later, and with Confluence 10.2 and later. They’re also work with Jira 10.3.23 (and later 10.3 patches) and Confluence 9.2.22 (and later 9.2 patches). Cloud connectors are a new approach to linking Data Center and cloud via Admin Hub. In this approach, application links remain the method of connection and are now enhanced with OAuth 2.0. See details on connecting Data Center to cloud in Admin Hub.
You can integrate Atlassian products by using:
cloud connectors (available from Jira 11.3 and in Jira 10.3.23 and future 10.3 patches; and from Confluence 10.2 and in Confluence 9.2.22 and future 9.2 patches)
- application links
- several in-product integrations
Learn about the difference between the available integrations, and how they affect your network. Each integration method offers different features and network impacts. We recommend using both application links and in-product integrations to get the most value.

We’ve ordered them in the recommended way, but you’re free to choose just one of these types if it meets your needs.
