Set up incident notifications in System health

System health allows you to set up incident notifications for impacting incidents. You’ll get notified every time there’s an update to an incident that has confirmed impact on your org.

Notifications channels in System health

Here’s a comparison of the notification channels available in System health versus status.atlassian.com. Note that System health notifications allow you to subscribe to impacting incidents only. Notifications from status.atlassian.com are sent for all incidents, including non-impacting ones. Also note that we’ll add more channels in future releases.

Set up email notifications in System health

To enable email notifications in System health, click Notification settings and switch the Send me emails about incidents toggle.
