Contacting HipChat Server Support
Before you contact support, please first check the HipChat Knowledge Base and the questions about HipChat Server on Atlassian Answers to see if your question has already been answered.
Gather a set of logs from your HipChat Server by running hipchat diagnostics -b at the system's terminal/command-line interface to include when raising a support request. Please be sure to include the passphrase for the log bundle and a HipChat Server support engineer will review your issue as quickly as possible.

The hipchat diagnostics -b command was introduced in HipChat Server v1.3.7.
On an older version? Please run:
