Summary

In Jira Align there are role toggles called 'Export Epics' (under 2 PORTFOLIO> Manage) and 'Export Capabilities' under (3 SOLUTION> Manage) but there is no equivalent toggle controlling the export of Themes. The solution in this article describes how to provide users with the permission to export Themes

• Enable the toggle 'Export Stories/Task/Features' that can be found under Additional Options > Permission (in the role configuration page)

While not obvious from the name of the toggle, this toggle currently controls the ability to Export the details of Themes in addition to the export of information for for Stories, Tasks and Features. An enhancement request has been created for Atlassian to consider modifying this behaviour.
