We're excited to announce that JIRA 4.4 is now available.  

There's a great deal of improvements for JIRA Administrators, including:

• A new Administration User Interface, highlighted by a new UI for Project Configuration
• A new visual Workflow Designer

End users get an even better JIRA experience with the addition of features like:

• Support for User Time Zones
• New Email Templates
• A Workflow Viewer on the View Issue page
• A new look for Activity Streams

And managing a JIRA instance just got even easier, with:

• A standalone installer with automated upgrades
• JIRA no longer requires a restart after a plugin is uploaded or upgraded
