JIRA 6.3.9 delivers performance fixes
This point release contains several 4 performance bug fixes, including the following 2 critical fixes:
- Issue indexing on JIRA Agile 6.4.3 or higher when installed on Oracle database
- Scalability problems with Lucene in high concurrency environments
