Symptoms

When accessing the Plan mode in GreenHopper while the Epics enabled from GreenHopper Labs, GreenHopper will throw the following error:

Possible Causes

Per  GHS-6927 - Getting issue details... STATUS , if another issue type exists with default Epic ID, Greenhopper treats it as the new Epic

Some or Epic custom fields had no contexts. 

Workarounds

Per GHS-6927 - Getting issue details... STATUS ,  we are adding a feature to select which Issue ID is associated. For the interim, raise a support ticket referring to this knowledge base article and request that a SQL query be run to change the epic Issue ID.
