Issues resolved in 8.18.1

This release has a known issue in the DVCS connector that affects customers whose Jira instances run on databases other than the Oracle Database and are linked to GitHub or GitLab accounts. We will deliver a fix for this problem in Jira 8.20.
If you have already installed this version of Jira and are affected by the issue, you can disable the DVCS connector as a temporary workaround.
The binary installers for this version of Jira Software are bundled with JRE 8u291, which prevents secure connections with MySQL Community Edition 5.7.27 or older over TLS versions 1 and 1.1. For more information, see Jira Software 8.18.x upgrade notes.
