You can add files and images to any issue in your project. When working on an issue, drag and drop a file into it or select More > Attach files. You'll have the option to add a comment with more information about the attachment and share the file and comment with your customer or with your internal team only.

When adding or editing a comment, you can also select the attachment icon to add attachments. In this case, you'll have wiki markup added to the comment field. As soon as you share your comment, the file preview will appear.

You can add files and images to any issue. To add an attachment when you first create an issue, copy a file from your computer and paste it directly into the Create issue dialog. 

Make sure that you paste the image outside the Description box.

To add attachments to an existing issue:

  1. Open the issue. 
  2. Select More > Attach files.
  3. Add a file.
  4. Select Attach or Open.

You can also drag and drop files into an issue to attach them.
