Summary
When contacting Atlassian Support about the Authentication App you may need to share additional information on the ticket.
This document describes which information to collect and share with Atlassian Support.
Solution
1. Collect generic configuration running the following SQL query.
select *
from bandana
where bandanakey like 'com.atlassian.plugins.authentication%';
select pe.property_key,ps.*,pt.*
from propertyentry pe
left join propertystring ps on pe.id = ps.id
left join propertytext pt on pe.id = pt.id
where pe.property_key like 'com.atlassian.plugins.authentication%';
2. Collect configuration details about each authentication method by running the following SQL query.
select *
from "AO_ED669C_IDP_CONFIG";
3. Generate a Support Zip file.
If running a Data Center cluster, generate the file from just one of the nodes – the support engineer may ask later if the files from all nodes are required.
