After Jira 8.0+ upgrade, Capture for Jira causes Board drag and drop feature to fail.

Purpose
After upgrading to JIRA 8.0+, JIRA Kanban and Scrum boards will see the columns highlight blue (not green) when dragging issues over them, and will not allow the transition.
Solution
After review and testing in regard to this issue, it appears to stem from upgrading to JIRA 8.0+ while 'Capture for Jira' is installed on the system. This can also occur by installing 'Capture for Jira' once already on JIRA 8.0+.
The issue is fixed in Capture for Jira Version 2.10.2.210200067, available in marketplace.

Disable the 'Capture for Jira' plug-in
