How to disable Jira feedback button
Platform notice: Server and Data Center only. This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Server and Data Center platforms.

Background
Jira has a feedback button in menu bar, as below, and some Jira administrators may want to disable it.
Resolution
To disable you shall:
- Go to
Administration >> Add-ons >> Manage Add-ons - Change the filter to show "All apps"
- Look for the "Atlassian Jira - Plugins - Feedback Plugin" and disable it.
- The changes will take immediate effect.
