Issues resolved in 11.3.2

The Atlassian Jira team is pleased to announce the release of Jira Software 11.3.2.

What's new in this version

Set limits for JQL query clauses

For:  ADMINS

Jira now lets you can manage the maximum number of clauses allowed in a plain JQL query to help prevent out-of-memory errors. By default, Jira estimates the clause count for each query and discards those that exceed the set limit.

You can adjust the jira.clause.count.limit property to fit your environment’s memory recommendations, and use jira.clause.count.estimation to enable or disable clause estimation. Both properties are enabled by default, with a recommended limit of 65,000 clauses. Adjust these settings based on your server’s memory and monitor your logs for rejected queries to fine-tune performance.
