By default, the apps that are installed are turned off in a project. You will have to turn these on to see fields in your issues. Some app fields that an app adds to a project won’t be of much use for you and your team. In such cases, you can turn off the app fields.

To add or remove app fields in a project, you must be a project admin. Learn more about project roles.

To turn on and off the app fields:

  1. From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Apps > App fields.

  2. Toggle on the relevant app.

If you don’t see the apps that you need, you can reach out to your Jira admin to install them.
