Find requests faster in the portal
Greetings Service Deskers,
This week we improved the My Requests page in the portal. Can't remember what a request was called? No problem! You and your customers can now filter requests by:
- Summary
- Description (if visible to customers)
- Reference (aka project key or issue key)
- Comments (if visible to customers)
