Find requests faster in the portal

Greetings Service Deskers,

This week we improved the My Requests page in the portal. Can't remember what a request was called? No problem! You and your customers can now filter requests by:

  • Summary
  • Description (if visible to customers)
  • Reference (aka project key or issue key)
  • Comments (if visible to customers)

As always, we've been squashing bugs as well. Check out the latest fixes here
