JIRA Portfolio displays blank page

Problem
JIRA Portfolio displays a blank page when trying to access a plan.
The following appears in the web inspector:
Uncaught QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'radiantminds.roadmap.plan-3.reports-releases.activeView' exceeded the quota.Cause
This only happens in the Chrome browser.
When Chrome local storage quote is exceeded, a JS error will show up in the browser's web inspector, and nothing will show up in the screen.
Workaround
You can use another browser if unable to resolve.
Resolution
- Go to chrome://settings/cookies
- Navigate to "See all cookies and site data"
- Search for the plan URL
- Find "local storage", click remove
