The capacity report shows how much of a team's potential work capacity is being used. The view provides you with the free capacity, planned capacity, and capacity usage per sprint.

To use the capacity report:

  1. Go to your plan via Portfolio (in header) > View Portfolio > click your plan.
  2. Click the Reports tab to display the reports section for your plan.
  3. Click the switch report menu > Capacity.
  4. Filter the details by teams or members, to see the specific capacity of each individual.
