Improved My Requests page

We've redesigned the My requests page in the Help Center to deliver a better search experience. It's now called Requests, and customers can use it to filter their requests using new search criteria including:

  • Requests created by the customer, or those where the customer is a participant
  • Open or closed requests
  • Requests of a specific type, for example, purchase requisitions, or for a specific service desk project, for example, IT helpdesk.

The default view displays all open requests, of any request type, for all service desk projects available to the customer. The issue Reference corresponds to the issue key in JIRA.
