Perform the following steps to troubleshoot the Application Link connectivity issue between JIRA and FishEye:-

Installing in JIRA

  • Install the plugin in JIRA as mentioned in the following documentation here

Installing in Stash

  • Download the plugin manually from here 
  • Navigate to Stash administration > ADD-ONS > Manage add-ons
  • Click Upload add-on
  • Select the file and click upload

Once it is successfully installed, the plugin will be available under Stash administration > Settings

Running the test

  • Navigate to Stash administration > Settings > Application Links Diagnostics
  • Click Test on the Application Link that you wish to troubleshoot
