This change log aims to give you an overview of what's changed since our last Long Term Support release. As 7.4 is our third Long Term Support release for Confluence, we'll give you a round up of everything that's happened since Confluence 6.13.

About Long Term Support releases
We recommend upgrading Confluence regularly, however if your organisation's process means you only upgrade about once a year, upgrading to a Long Term Support release may be a good option, as it provides continued access to critical security, stability, data integrity and performance issues until this version reaches end of life.
