As an admin for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise products, you can create support requests at support.atlassian.com/contact. When you create a request, answer a few quick questions about your problem and include as many details as possible to help us resolve the problem. Someone from the support team will contact you to work through your request.
Phone support is also available 24x7 with our Enterprise plans. As an Enterprise customer, you receive a local regional phone number.
