If you have a Free plan or have a question about using a product, try asking the Atlassian Community.

If you have a Premium plan and encounter issues that prevent us from meeting 99.9% availability, you can submit a request for compensation in the form of credits. To find out whether you qualify, go to SLA compensation for premium plans.

To create a support request, go to support.atlassian.com/contact. Answer a few quick questions about your problem and include as many details as possible to help us resolve the problem. Someone from the support team will contact you to work through your request.
