There's time when you need to enable SharePoint log messages at detailed level to help troubleshooting issue with SharePoint connector. Follow the instruction at below steps to do this

In SharePoint 2010 and 2013

• Go to SharePoint Central Administration, on the home page, click Monitoring.

• On the Monitoring page, in the Reporting section, click Configure diagnostic logging.

• On the Diagnostic Logging page, in the Event Throttling section, configure event throttling as follows

• At Event Throttling field, select category Atlassian Confluence and all its sub categories

• At the drop-down Least critical event to report to the event log select value Verbose
• At the drop-down Least critical event to report to the trace log select value Verbose

• Click OK to save the setting
